Christmas Feast

Ingredients
- 7 to 8 lb standing rib roast with Oven Roasted Potatoes makes 8 servings
- salt and pepper for desired taste
Directions
- Heat the oven to 425 Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper Put in a roasting pan fat side up Put in the oven Reduce the oven temperature to 350 Roast until the meat is done 2 hours for rare 2 12 hours for medium rare Tent the roast with foil and let stand 10 minutes before carving
