Christmas Flower Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 c flour
• 2 c confectioners sugar
• 1 c margarine softened
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp orange extract
• 2 eggs
• 1 c flaked coconut
• 1 3 12 oz container red candied cherries
• 1 3 12 oz container green candied cherries

Directions

1. Into large bowl measure first 7 ingredients
2. With mixer at low speed beat ingredients until well blended
3. With spoon stir in flaked coconut set aside
4. Cut each red and green candied cherry in half
5. Cut each half into 4 slivers set aside
