Christmas Fudge

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp corn syrup
• 1 c milk
• 14 tsp vanilla
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 13 c candied fruit chopped
• 13 c nuts chopped

Directions

1. Bring sugar syrup milk and salt to boiling point stirring constantly
2. Cook to soft ball stage
3. Remove from heat
4. Cool beat until stiff
5. Add vanilla butter fruit and nuts
6. Pour into buttered dish
