Christmas Jewels
Ingredients
- 12 c peanut butter
- 12 c honey
- 12 c nonfat dry granules
- 12 c chopped dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 13 c flaked coconut
- red and green food coloring
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except coconut and food coloring
- Shape in about 3 dozen small ovals
- In two separate pint jars put a few drops each of red and green food coloring
- Add 12 teaspoon coconut to each jar
- Cover and shake until coconut is tinted Roll ovals in coconut
- Chill
