Christmas Ketchup

Ingredients
- 1 16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce can use whole berry sauce
- 34 c sugar
- 14 c white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
- 14 tsp ground cinnamon
- 18 tsp allspice
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium saucepan
- Stir together flour and water until smooth
- Add to cranberry mixture Bring mixture to a boil stirring constantly
- Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened and bubbly
- Remove from heat and cool
- Store ketchup in an airtight container in refrigerator Serve with cream cheese and crackers
- Pour over cream cheese Yield
- 2 14 cups
