Christmas Morning Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb pork sausage cooked and crumbled
• 1 c 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 c 4 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
• 2 9-inch unbaked pie shells
• 6 eggs lightly beaten
• 1 c milk
• 12 c chopped onion
• 13 c chopped green bell pepper optional

Directions

1. Line pie pans with pie shellsIn bowl combine sausage and cheeses
2. Place half of mixture in each shell
3. Combine eggs milk onion and peppers Pour half over sausage in each shell Bake at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean
4. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting
