Christmas Party Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 2 pkg 8 oz each cream cheese softened
• 1 pkg 4 oz ranch salad dressing mix
• 12 cup minced sweet pepper
• 12 cup minced celery
• 14 cup sliced green olives
• 14 cup sliced green onions
• 2 to 4 10 inch flour tortillas

Directions

1. In mixing bowl beat cream cheese and dressing mix until smooth
2. Add red pepper celery onions and olives
3. mix well Spread about 34 cup on each tortilla
4. Roll up tightly wrap in plastic wrap
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
6. Slice into 12 inch pieces
7. Yield 15 - 20 servings
