Christmas Peppermint Candy Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

• 1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust
• 1 pt peppermint ice cream
• 1 8 oz container Cool Whip partially thawed
• 3 Tbsp finely crushed peppermint candy

Directions

1. Combine peppermint ice cream and Cool Whip
2. Spoon into graham cracker pie crust
3. Sprinkle with peppermint candy Freeze until firm
4. Garnish with peppermint candy if desired
