Christmas Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 c ground suet
- 1 c molasses
- 1 c milk
- 3 12 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 34 tsp cloves
- 1 c raisins
- 12 c currants
- 12 c finely chopped citron
Directions
- Combine suet molasses and milk
- Sift flour
- Measure Reserve 14 cup for dredging the fruits
- Sift remainder of flour with salt spices cream of tartar and baking soda
- Combine with first mixture
- Add dredged fruits
- Mix thoroughly
- Fill well oiled 1 pound pan 23 full
- Cover
- Steam 3 hours
- Serve hot with any desired pudding sauce
- Makes 12 servings
