Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg yolks
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 14 c butter melted
- 1 jigger rum
Directions
- Add salt to eggs and beat until thick and lemon colored
- Add sugar butter and rum and continue to beat
- Fold in flour and knead until dough blisters
- Fry in deep fat Crisco
