Chuck Wagon Beans
Ingredients
- 12 lb bacon slices
- 1 12 cloves garlic minced
- 3 c finely chopped onion
- 1 c finely chopped celery
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 23 c boiling water
- 3 lb ground beef
- 1 12 c catsup
- 3 tbsp prepared mustard
- 2 - 29 oz cans molasses style baked beans
- 12 tsp pepper
Directions
- Fry bacon until crisp drain and set aside
- Cook ground beef onion and celery until meat is brown and onions are tender drain off fat
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water
- Mix all ingredients in large Dutch oven or crock pot
- Crumble bacon over beans
