Chuckwagon Stew

Ingredients
- 2 12 lb beef cubes 5 cups
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp lard
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 28 oz can tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 12 to 1 tsp dry crushed red pepper
- 2 c chopped potatoes
- 2 c chopped carrots
Directions
- Coat beef in mixture of flour paprika 1 teaspoon chili powder and salt
- Brown in hot fat in large Dutch oven
- Add onion and garlic cooking until soft
