Chunky Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 medium carrot
- 14 c chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 qt milk
- 2 tsp parsley
- 12 tsp seasoned salt
- 14 c cayenne
- 1 bouillon cube
Directions
- Peel and dice potatoes and cook until tender
- Drain
- Melt butter in 3-quart pot
- Add carrot and onion
- Cover and cook until tender
- Remove from heat
- Add flour and milk
- Add 12 potatoes
- Mash remaining
- Add to soup with seasonings and bouillon
- Heat to steaming hot
