Chunky Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 medium carrot
• 14 c chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 qt milk
• 2 tsp parsley
• 12 tsp seasoned salt
• 14 c cayenne
• 1 bouillon cube

Directions

1. Peel and dice potatoes and cook until tender
2. Drain
3. Melt butter in 3-quart pot
4. Add carrot and onion
5. Cover and cook until tender
6. Remove from heat
7. Add flour and milk
8. Add 12 potatoes
9. Mash remaining
10. Add to soup with seasonings and bouillon
11. Heat to steaming hot
