Chutney Chicken Spread
Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked chicken cut up
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese room temperature
- 2 Tbsp chutney
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 Tbsp grated onion or sliced scallion
- 14 c mayonnaise
- dash of pepper
- 14 c slivered almonds toasted
Directions
- Process chicken in food processor for 5 seconds using steel blade
- Add cream cheese chutney curry onion mayonnaise and pepper
- Process 5 to 10 seconds until well blended
- Place in an au gratin dish spread with almonds
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes Serve with large corn chips
