Cicoria Fina AgliataDandelion Sauteed With Garlic

Ingredients
- 3 lb fresh dandelion
- 6 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
Directions
- Clean and wash greens cut in half
- Place in saucepan
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender
- Remove and drain
- Heat oil and garlic in frying pan
- Place greens in pan
- Stir with wooden spoon until slightly dry
- Serve hot
- Serves 6 to 8
