Cinnamon And Raisin BreadBread Machine

Ingredients

• 1 12 cups water
• 2 Tbsp Olive oil
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 4 cups flour
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 12 tsp active dry yeast
• 34 cup raisins

Directions

1. Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order that they are listed except the raisins
2. Select setting to Basic
3. Change crust color or leave it at medium
4. Press StartStop to begin
5. Add the raisins when beeping sounds during kneading
6. Display will read 220
7. When display read 000 press StartStop for 3 seconds to cancel
8. Use oven mitts to handle hot bread pan
