Cinnamon Applesauce Swirl Salad

Ingredients

• 13 c red cinnamon candies
• 2 pkg 3 oz size lemon gelatin
• 2 c boiling water
• 2 c applesauce
• 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese
• 14 c cream
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Directions

1. Dissolve candies and gelatin in water stir in applesauce Chill until partially set
2. Pour into 8-inch square pan
3. Mix cheese cream and mayonnaise until smooth
4. Stir gently into jelled applesauce for swirled effect
5. Chill until firm
6. Serve squares on greens
7. Serves 9 to 12
