Cinnamon Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 2 c milk scalded
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 c sugar
- 12 stick margarine
- 1 c graham crackers
- 14 c sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- dash of salt
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 c margarine
Directions
- Mix 1 cup sugar flour and cornstarch
- Stir in scalded milk then very gradually blend in beaten egg yolks
- Add the half stick of margarine cut in several pieces
- Cook in double boiler until thick
- Stir in vanilla
- Cool
