Cinnamon Nuts

Ingredients

• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 13 c canned cream
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c nuts

Directions

1. Mix cinnamon into sugar add cream and mix well
2. Cook on medium-low heat stirring constantly cook to 240
3. Remove from heat
4. Add vanilla and nuts
5. Stir until syrup coats nuts
6. Spread on wax paper to cool
7. Break into pieces
