Cinnamon Pecans

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 1 lb pecan halves
• 1 c sugar
• 2 to 3 Tbsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt

Directions

1. Beat 2 egg whites until foamy
2. Add pecan halves mix until foamy
3. Set aside
