Cinnamon Raisin Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 c carrots sliced
- 1 c juice apple or orange
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 14 c raisins
- 1 Tbsp butter or oil
Directions
- Heat skillet and add butter or oil
- Saute carrots for 10 minutes
- Add juice spices and raisins
- Cover and simmer until carrots are tender and most of the juice is absorbed
