Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 34 c milk
- 12 c shortening
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pkg active dry yeast
- 12 c warm water 110 to 115
- 4 14 to 4 34 c sifted flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c melted butter
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- raisins if you wish
- nuts
Directions
- Combine sugar melted butter and cinnamon and raisins if you wish
- Spread 12 of mixture on each rectangle
- Scatter nuts over top
- Roll lengthwise as for jelly roll seal edges
- Cut into 1-inch slices
- Place cut side down in two well-greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pans
- Cover and let rise 30 to 40 minutes
- Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes
- Remove to wire racks
