Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- 34 c milk
- 14 c sugar
- 14 c oil
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 pkg yeast
- 14 c warm water
- 1 egg
- 3 12 c flour
Directions
- Scald milk
- Combine sugar oil and salt in bowl
- Add milk stir until dissolves
- Cool to lukewarm
- Soften yeast in water Add to milk mixture
- Beat egg add to milk mix Add flour and mix to soft dough
- Knead 3 to 4 minutes
- Put in greased bowl rise in warm place for 1 hour
- Roll 13 oblong 14-inch thick
- Brush with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Roll out and cut 1-inch slices
- Lay flat in greased round pan
- Rise 1 hour Bake at 370 for 20 minutes
