Cinnamon Rolls Ready In The Morning
Ingredients
- 2 c water
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 12 c margarine
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c warm water
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 8 to 10 c flour
Directions
- At 4 pm boil first 4 ingredients together
- Set in sink in water to cool
- In a big bowl dissolve the yeast in water
- Stir in cooled mixture 2 beaten eggs and enough flour to handle easily
- Put in a greased bowl and let rise
- At 9 to 10 pm punch down
- Roll out in rectangle spread with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon 3 tablespoons cinnamon 1 cup sugar and 1 cup brown sugar
- Roll up and cut
- Makes about 40 if cut about 1-inch
