Cinnamon Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c butter room temperature
- 1 14 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 12 pt 1 c commercial sour cream
- 2 c sifted flour
- 12 tsp soda
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 34 c finely chopped walnuts combined with 1 tsp cinnamon and 2
Directions
- Combine butter sugar and eggs
- Beat until mixture is light and fluffy
- Blend in sour cream
- Sift flour with soda and baking powder into the creamed mixture
- Add vanilla and blend
- Spoon 12 batter in 9-inch tube pan which has been buttered and floured Sprinkle in cinnamon-nut mixture over batter
- Spoon the remaining batter in and top with the rest of nut mixture
- Place in cold oven set overn to moderate 350 and bake about 55 minutes
- Serve warm or cool
- Makes 8 to 10 servings
