Cinnamon Sticks
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 sticks soft oleo
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix and spread real thin on buttered cookie sheet press and spread with palms of hands
- Brush top with slightly beaten egg white
- Sprinkle with finely chopped pecans
- Cook in 300 oven for 25 to 30 minutes
- Cut in sticks 1 x 3-inches while hot and cool in pan
