Citrus Roast Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 roasting chicken
• 1 lemon quartered
• 1 orange quartered
• 1 onion quartered
• 3 large cloves garlic sliced
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Clean roasting chicken removing insides
2. Salt and pepper I use lemon pepper
3. Stuff the bird with the lemon orange onion and garlic
4. Bake at 450 for 1 12 hours
5. If bird starts to get too brown you can cover it with foil
