Citrus Sherbet

Ingredients
- 3 citrus fruits 2 lemons and 1 lime or 1 lemon 1 lime and 1 orange rind zest and juice
- 1 13 c sugar
- 1 qt skim milk
Directions
- Grate rind and squeeze juice
- Mix sugar into it and then add skim milk
- Freeze in a 9 x 13-inch pan until crystallized 2 to 3 hours
- Mix with a beater
- Put in Tupperware bowl for 2 to 3 hours
- Serve
- If you use more than one lime be sure to add more sugar
