Clam Cakes
Ingredients
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 c clams or quahaugs cut up if desired
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 c clam broth
- 2 c flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Mix in order given and fry in deep fat
- It is extremely important that you mix the ingredients in the order given or the results will not be as good
