Clam Cakes

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs beaten
• 1 c clams
• 1 c clam juice

Directions

1. Mix all together drop by teaspoons in hot oil
2. Cook until golden brown
