ClaraS Fried Corned Beef Pies
Ingredients
- 1 12 c Crisco shortening or cooking oil
- 8 to 10 pocketed double pork chops
- Lawrys seasoning salt
- black pepper
- cornbread stuffing
- mushroom gravy
Directions
- This is a special cut pork chop
- Sometimes you can find the center-cut pork chops for stuffing at the supermarket but most times you have to ask your butcher to cut the pocket slits
- And note they are expensive but well worth it
