ClaraS Nesselrode Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp unflavored gelatin
- 14 c cold water
- 2 eggs separated
- 14 c sugar
- 2 c cream
- 6 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp rum
- 1 9-inch baked pie shell
- whipped cream
- grated sweet chocolate
Directions
- In a small bowl soak the gelatin in the cold water for about 5 minutes
- In a separate bowl beat the egg yolks
- Add 14 cup of sugar and cream
