Ingredients

  • 1 12 oz pkg uncooked fettuccine
  • 12 c butter or oleo
  • 1 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c heavy or whipping cream
  • 4 Tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Directions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to your taste of doneness drain Meanwhile in small saucepan melt butter over medium heat gradually stir in cheese then cream until well blended
  2. Continue heating sauce stirring constantly just to boiling point
  3. Remove from heat stir in parsley
  4. Add sauce to hot fettuccine toss lightly
  5. Serves 6
