Classic Rum Cake

Ingredients
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1 18 12 oz pkg yellow cake
- 1 3 34 oz pkg Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 eggs or Egg Beaters
- 1 c dark rum 80 proof
- 12 c oil
- powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan Sprinkle nuts over bottom of pan
- Mix all cake ingredients together
- Pour batter over nuts
- Bake 1 hour
- Cool
- Invert on serving plate
- When completely cooled sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar
- Enjoy
