Classic Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 3 c Ragu Old Home Style
  • 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 12 oz pkg jumbo shells cooked and drained
  • 2 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 14 c Parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 18 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Evenly spread 1 cup sauce in a 17 x 12-inch bake pan
  3. In a large bowl combine cheeses eggs parsley and pepper
  4. Fill shells with cheese mixture and arrange in a single layer in baking pan
  5. Evenly top with remaining sauce Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly
  6. Serves 8
