Classic Stuffed Shells
Ingredients
- 3 c Ragu Old Home Style
- 2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 12 oz pkg jumbo shells cooked and drained
- 2 lb Ricotta cheese
- 14 c Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs
- 18 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Evenly spread 1 cup sauce in a 17 x 12-inch bake pan
- In a large bowl combine cheeses eggs parsley and pepper
- Fill shells with cheese mixture and arrange in a single layer in baking pan
- Evenly top with remaining sauce Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly
- Serves 8
