CliffS Healthy Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c Quaker oats regular
- 14 c corn meal
- 14 c wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 3 c buttermilk
- 13 c canola oil
- 2 eggs separated
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl mix all dry ingredients together
- In a separate bowl mix buttermilk oil and egg yolks and beat well Slowly stir buttermilk mixture into dry ingredients until thoroughly mixed
- Beat egg whites and fold into batter
- Spoon dip batter into preheated waffle iron
