Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 12 c cooked mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 stick melted butter
• 12 c milk
• 1 deep dish pie shell

Directions

1. Beat together sugar and eggs
2. Add potatoes vanilla and melted butter
3. Mix and then add milk
4. Cook in unbaked pie shell for 1 hour at 350
