Cloud Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c Crisco
- 1 beaten egg
- 23 c milk
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together
- Cut in Crisco like coarse crumbs
- Combine egg and milk
- Add to flour mixture
- Turn out on lightly floured board
- Knead gently with heel of hand 20 strokes Roll to 34-inch thickness
- Cut and place on ungreased baking sheet
- Bake in a 425 oven for 10 to 14 minutes or until light brown
- Makes 2 dozen
