Coated Peanuts

Ingredients

• 1 c brown sugar
• 2 egg whites
• 4 c whole pecan halves

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until stiff Add brown sugar Beat until stiff Cover all pecan halves Drop by halves on greased cookie sheet
2. Bake at 250 for about 25 minutes Do not overcook
