Coating Mix For Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients

• 2 c dry bread crumbs
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp celery salt
• 1 tsp onion powder
• pepper
• 1 tsp poultry seasoning
• 14 c oil

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together store in covered container When read to use moisten chicken with milk or water
2. Put some of coating in small bag
3. Put chicken in bag one piece at a time to coat
4. Lay skin side up on ungreased baking sheet
5. Bake for 1 hour at 375 or until done
