Cocktail Meat Balls
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 c dry bread crumbs
- 13 c minced onion
- 14 c milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 18 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 14 c shortening
- 1 12 oz bottle chili sauce
- 1 10 oz jar grape jelly
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except the last 3
- Shape into 1-inch balls
- Melt shortening in skillet brown
- Remove from skillet and drain
- Heat chili sauce and jelly in a skillet
- Stir until jelly is melted
- Add meat balls
- Stir until thoroughly coated and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes
- Makes 5 dozen
