Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • 1 small grated potato
  • 1 jar apple-grape jelly
  • 1 bottle chili sauce
  • juice of 12 lemon

Directions

  1. Blend jelly sauce and lemon juice and cook slowly
  2. Season beef with salt pepper garlic and grated potato
  3. Roll to the size of a quarter and drop in cooking sauce
  4. Simmer for 1 hour
  5. Makes about 70 meatballs
