Cocoa Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 2 c granulated sugar
• 2 sticks margarine
• 12 c water
• 2 12 c flour
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 c finely chopped walnuts
• 12 c semi-sweet chocolate bits
• 2 c grated apples
• 1 Tbsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream together until fluffy eggs sugar margarine and water Sift together flour cocoa soda cinnamon and allspice
2. Add to creamed mixture and mix well
3. Fold in walnuts chocolate bits apples and vanilla mix until distributed evenly
4. Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch loose-bottom tube pan
5. Bake in 325 oven 60 to 70 minutes until cake tests done
6. Serves 12
