Cocoa Cola Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c all-purpose flour
• 1 c sugar
• 12 c butter or margarine
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 12 c cola beverage
• 14 c buttermilk
• 1 beaten egg
• 12 tsp soda
• 12 tsp vanilla
• 2 c miniature marshmallows

Directions

1. Combine flour and sugar in a 2 12-quart bowl set aside Combine butter cocoa and cola in a 2-cup glass measuring cup Microwave at High 2 to 2 12 minutes
2. Stir cola mixture into flour and sugar
3. Add buttermilk egg soda vanilla and marshmallows beat well
4. Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish
5. Spread marshmallows evenly in batter
6. Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes rotate dish 14 turn at 2-minute intervals
7. Frost cake while hot with Chocolate Cola Frosting
