Cocoa Cream Pie
Ingredients
- 13 c cocoa
- 1 12 c sugar
- 14 c cornstarch
- 3 eggs separated
- 2 c milk
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Mix cocoa cornstarch sugar and salt
- Slightly beat egg yolks
- Add to mixture and milk
- Cook until thick stir constantly
- Add flavoring
- Pour into pie shell
- Cover with meringue
