Cocoa Fudge Brownies

Ingredients

• 1 c plain flour
• 1 12 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 23 c shortening
• 23 c cocoa
• 2 c sugar or brown sugar
• 12 c milk
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Heat shortening and cocoa in saucepan until melted
2. Stir in sugar and milk bring to a boil
3. Add beaten eggs and all dry ingredients
4. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
6. Wait 5 minutes before cutting into squares
