Cocoa Fudge Icing
Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 34 c butter or margarine
- 34 c milk
- 34 c cocoa or 12 c
- 34 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine all except vanilla in pot
- Slowly bring to a boil Cook for 4 minutes stirring constantly
- Take from heat add vanilla and beat until spreading consistency
- Ready to frost 2 or 3 layer cake
- I usually use Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix for layers
