Cocoa Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
- 14 c Hersheys cocoa
- 34 c granulated sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 12 c light corn syrup
- 12 c milk
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in saucepan
- Add corn syrup and milk and blend thoroughly bring to a boil
- Boil for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat stir in butter and vanilla
- Cool without stirring until pan feels warm to hand
- Serve
- Yields 1 12 cupfuls sauce Very good
