Cocoa Kisses

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites at room temperature
- 12 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 c sugar
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275
- Beat egg whites until foamy
- Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form
- Gradually beat in sugar a few tablespoons at a time
- Beat until stiff
- Fold in cocoa
- Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick vegetable spray Drop batter by level teaspoon onto baking sheet
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes
- Cool before removing from baking sheet
- Store in tight container
- Makes 8 dozen cookies
