Cocoa Mayo Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp baking cocoa
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c cold water

Directions

1. Melt mayonnaise and sugar
2. Add part of sifted flour and dry ingredients then the water
3. Mix well
4. Add remaining flour and vanilla
5. Mix well
6. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes
