Cocoa Oatmeal Treats
Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 13 c Hersheys cocoa
- 12 c skim milk
- 12 c margarine
- 13 c creamy peanut butter
- 2 12 c quick-cooking rolled oats
- 12 c chopped unsalted peanuts optional
Directions
- In a medium saucepan stir together the sugar and cocoa
- Stir in the milk and butter
- Cook over medium heat until boiling Stir constantly
- Boil for one minute
- Remove from heat
- Stir in peanut butter
- Add oats and peanuts
- Stir to mix well
- Quickly drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper or foil
- Cool completely
- Store in a cool dry place
