Cocoa Peanut Butter Chip Pie

Ingredients

  • 9 oz pkg graham cracker crumb crust
  • 1 c peanut butter chips
  • 14 c 12 stick butter or margarine
  • 14 c Hersheys cocoa
  • 1 c 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 c water
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • whipped topping optional

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Sprinkle chips on bottom of crust
  3. In medium saucepan over low heat melt butter
  4. Add cocoa stir until smooth
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk and water
  6. Stir with whisk until well blended
  7. Stir in egg and vanilla
  8. Remove from heat Pour into crust
  9. Bake for 30 minutes or until edges are set center will firm while cooling
  10. Cool slightly
  11. Garnish with whipped topping if desired
  12. Serve warm or at room temperature Makes 8 servings
